  • I will give you a complete ‘easy to follow’ outline of your program: Number of sets and reps as well as frequency and intensity. Recovery/Active recovery methods so you can stay healthy and train hard
  • Specific warm-up/mobility protocol to improve fundamental movement and help prevent injury and get you out of pain


  • Lifestyle is big here. You won’t be handed a ‘cookie cutter’ nutrition plan that works for your friend. Everything works! The question is, what works for YOU? That’s where I come in

  • Many of my clients travel anywhere from 8-30 weeks out of the year but we still stay on point. Send me the hotel and city you will be staying in and I will call to see what equipment is available so we can stay on track with your program and make adjustments as needed!
